A little clarity before the next chapter.
Reading, teaching, book texts, and the things you can try in this preview.

Reading and getting started
How do I start reading?
Open the library, choose a book, and select Read. Available texts open in the reader; titles with unresolved text sources are clearly labeled.
Can I change the page layout?
Yes. Reading settings include single-page, two-page and scrolling layouts, day and night themes, font size and line spacing. Narrow screens show one page.
What does Virgil do today?
Virgil offers prepared passage examples and lets you keep a question in the local walkthrough. Live AI responses are not connected.
Classrooms and teaching
How do I switch between Student and Teacher?
Use the colorful blob beside Notifications or at the bottom of the sidebar, or choose a workspace card in Your profile. The menu changes to match your selected view.
Can I try the assignment flow?
Yes. Explore Classes, build an assignment, open its learner response and review sample feedback. These are local demonstration records.
Does switching views change my account permissions?
No. It changes the prototype interface only. No account role or backend permission is changed.
Texts and cover artwork
Where do the books come from?
The library combines recovered editions with titles requested in the brief. Book detail and reader source links identify the available edition and attribution.
Which covers are featured?
The current graphic cover collection appears first. 1,604 of 1,604 books currently have illustrated covers. Every title has an illustrated cover.
Is every title readable?
Not yet. Most titles have recovered text, but a small number still need a verified source. Their detail pages show that status rather than presenting a different book.
Plans and the prototype
Do I need to pay to explore?
No. The current walkthrough has no checkout. Plan names are design previews; prices and entitlements are not finalized.
Are my changes saved?
Reader and other prototype preferences may remain locally where indicated. Classroom drafts, messages and profile edits are demonstration state, not account sync. Follow each screen’s persistence note.
Are messages or invitations delivered?
No. The prototype shows local drafts and sample conversations. No email, message or classroom invitation is sent.
